When you receive care through our hospice, both the patient and family have access to our wide array of services and professionals to address your various needs. In addition, off-hours live nursing support is available by telephone simply by calling the phone number provided when you were admitted to our care.
Our care doesn't end when your hospice nurse or aide leaves your bedside. If you or your family have questions or concerns after hours, you simply need to pick up the phone and you will be connected with a registered nurse who will be able to assist you. What could be more comforting during this critical time than to know that the answer to your question or concern is just a phone call away?
You will not be leaving a message with an answering service and waiting for a return phone call. You will be talking in "real time" with a professional hospice nurse who will be able to assist you. And, if need be, one of our professionals will be dispatched to you, if required -- no matter what time of the day or day of the week. Our staff is always "on call" -- always there for you and your family.
